Elizabeth highlights her research in Ecology, touching on how that work relates to the IGERT. She also discusses her work at the Mpala Research Center in Kenya and the network of robots she installed to measure CO2 levels in the tropical region. The robots were funded in part through the NSF's Competitive Incentive Innovation Fund.
